Anyone ever heard or seen this turbo being run on a 13B? Im gonna do a T2 swap on my first gen and Im wondering if its even worth trying it. From what i could dig up it is an ebay turbo but it was given to me for free so...and it is brand new.

Specs

SUPER 70 60.5mm • A/R RATIO .70 • TURBINE HOUSING A/R .84 • COMPRESSOR HOUSING .70 • T3/T4 FLANGE

Well it looks like the hot side A/R of .84 would work but it is a T3. Searching around the interwebs led me to XSpower and SS autochrome......yep a shiny spinning paper weight.

I have heard of guys running this with no issues, then again someone will step in and say it's crap too.I sold a Guy in BC a turbo like this only it was t4 and he was happier than J Lo's panty liners!
BUT for a turbo that is FREE?,I say run the damn thing!..you have nothing invested so go for it!

That's a T4 flange too. There is no such thing as a T3/4 flange. It's either one or the other.

Should work decently well until it falls apart.

The 2nd pic on the first post is from their website and looks like its a T4, this looks like T3 to me...more rectangular than the squareish T4.

It can't be both. It's either T3 or T4. Measure it, only way to know for sure.

I would be hesitant to run a turbocharger with a little name plate that says "turbocharger" on it.

It's a T3 flange and as Turblown mentioned looks smaller than an actual T70.

Its not a 'T70' as in 70mm indiucer, it's a 60.5mm inducer, much smaller.

That looks like a T3 flange to me too.

Thanks for the input guys, I doubt I'll be using this turbo, let alone go to the trouble of getting a T3 manifold fabed.
