Not necessarily less torque than stock twins as my 60-1 set up did over 300ft/lbs as well in the 10% lower flowing HiFi housing.
But less low rpm torque (under 4,000rpm) compared to sequential twins for sure.
I have a sequential FD and my single turbo FC and though the dyno charts don't look *that* different they drive very differently. The FC is really only fast when you drive it very aggressively.
Sequential twins give you power when you request it with your Right foot.
Single gives you power *sometime* after you request it. Its lazy at low rpm, but hyper at high rpm.
If you stick with sequential twins you only have to learn how the system works once and then its easy to diagnose (though still not easy to work on due to cramped conditions).
Single is much easier to work on and you don't have to as much as its really simple.

Thanks, Spent a good 2hrs up at JPR talking with Jim about my car and he advised strongly that I make the best of my current setup before jumping ship and changing everything.
