I only want 300hp out of the engine, and I need to be able to move my car soon. I have PFC, HKS twin power, installed, but I want to run the car with the stock fuel system and stock intercooler. Having a T04e I assumed 1 or 2 people in the past might have run the same setup.

there is a local 3rd gen guy running a t3/t4 with an ss autocrome turbo manifold and the hks fcon he is even running the stock intercooler! last dyno was at 365whp with a messed up turbine wheel at 14psi now his wheel is fixed and it's at 16psi EVERY THING IS STOCK exept the turbo and the fcon! he has about a grand in the mods and he beats motorcycles and v8's all day long im hoping to have it all documented and post more on it later!

I predict boom - That will work for a while but not long. The stock intercooler can not remove enough heat to prevent detination. The stock fuel system can only support so much HP before you get more air than gas.

Going back to the original question, you're basically stuck with a T04E "60".
A smaller T04E "57" can get you your 300hp, but you're basically stuck with the same power max as your stock twin turbos.
Run the T04E "60" and turn the boost down - your engine will love you for it.
