Water hose routings?

Got my turbo a couple of days ago. Test fitted it yesterday and everything seem to fit great. Only exception is the water connections are bigger on the GT4094R than my old turbo.

How are the water cooling for the turbo supposed to be connected? Ive looked in the "FD3S cooling thread", and I've noticed some difference.
The old turbo got the water from a hose connected to the elbow between the WP and radiator.
And then dispersed this water to the left rear connection on the thermostat housing (viewed from the front of the car). Shouldn't it be connected to the top one on the thermostat housing? The other port seem to be pressurized (being the old cold water port to the twin turbos)?

Thanks!

Apparently missed the window for editing by quite some time.

Picture 1 shows where hot water from the turbo was going into the WP

Picture 2 shows where I Believe hot water from the turbo should be going (old return from heated intake)

Am i right or wrong?
The cold water is taken from the pipe between the radiator and water pump
Thanks!

The water inlet to the turbo is the one on the rear side housing (high pressure), the water outlet from the turbo is the one that goes to the water pump inlet (low pressure).

Its a good idea to clock your chra 15-20 degrees so the coolant flows uphill to aid convection too.

I dont have an option for b connection, so i am planning on making a Y at the heater pipe to radiator, is this low pressure, and a good idea?( sorry for brief thread derail)

Yes, anywhere on the radiator or hose or waterpump on that lower circuit is fine.
