Question Steve Kan's Turbo?

Hello,
I have a dyno of Steve Kan pulling about 440 HP... what turbo was he running at that time? Anyone know?

Thanks,
Brian

Sup B.
Garrett T70 w/ Q trim I do believe. He made a hell of alot more power than 440. He made I think 560.

Yeah I know he went higher... but I'm just trying to figure out which one he had when the car did the 440 pull... I thought I remember him switching turbos? Maybe not... I dunno..

Thanks,
Brian

I believe that I read somewhere where he has had a 62-1 first , then t-66 and t-70 now. I would suspect that that was with the 62-1? How old is that dyno? Try PM'ing him, his Forum name is Pluto.

If you are looking for a good street turbo, I have one I am getting rid of. It is a TO4E T62. It has new journal bearings and piston rings. For a good deal.

Well when I was riding in his car on Saturday he was using the T70 turbo w/o NOS. The dyno you have is likely to be his T66 w/ 17 lbs of boost, pump gas, and no NOS. (include all the goodies like Jacobs, Haltech, 1600cc injectors, etc, etc)
