If you ever see a dodge diesel twin turbo kit that is actually make lots of power ... my friend is the one who probably made it. A correctly setup dodge will ROLL ALL OVER A POWERSTROKE! That B-series cummins is an industrical engine and it is HUGE and STRONG. My buddy runns low 13s/high 12s w/ 60psi + in his 7000 lb dually ... it is something else ... you just have to feel it.

Is the B-series the 24 valve motor?
Actually the quickest down here is still a Cummins!
I havn't actually seen any of the Powerstroke guys running high boost as yet. Most of them are in the 30's psi range. Even Our shop truck is running 32psi.

There's a guy 'round here (I guess he's a vollie fireman) with a dark green Ram 2500 4x4 turbodiesel, stock block, stock everything except for a HUGE K&N and a chip... he says he has over 700lb-ft torque, and that giant mass of metal will hurtle down to consistent 15.5 passes. With a red lightbar on top. (I guess a track official wanted him to do a oass with the lights flashing, but he never did it... or at least I've never seen it)

If you haven't seen a truck do a huge burnout on 31x10.50x15 BFG A/T tires, with plumes of smoke coming from the exhaust stack... well it really puts a dent in your world-view!

I believe the B-series has both 12 and 24 valve configurations. There are only slight differences and they both can make BIG power. With only running 30 psi boost and the powerstroke guys wonder why they are losing! RPM + lots of boost = FAST!

oh yeah ... here is a link to the guy who sells my buddy's kits. The pic on the front page is a guy running the same kit, but he pulls instead of drag racing. Check out the smoke clouds.
