Smoke, PCV, and a 95

Smoke, PCV, and a 95
I'm just getting my 500r sorted out and broke in(fresh engine also).
I'm seeing very high, like, as high as the stock gauge can read, oil pressure.
And I'm getting a little smoke from the turbo itself, appears to be somewhere in between the hot and cool turbine housings, if you rev the car from the throttle cable and watch the turbo.
I've been researching causes and I've just now read that a 95 does not have a PCV? So it can't be that I guess?
What should I be looking for to fix this?
Thanks !

It does seem to gradually get lower as I drive, but the little smoke plumes still come out of the turbo no matter how far you drive.
I didn't install the turbo, so I don't know if it has a restrictor. Is there a an easy way to check?
No kinks I can see in any lines.
