Single turbo w/ methenol
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have a 93 with a single 60 trim turbo and I am adding methenol injection this weekend and I was wondering what heat range plugs I should use. I am adding a twin power as soon as it gets shipped to me. If it matters , next weekend I am having the car tuned for 15 lbs or so w/o meth and 25lbs or so on meth. So someone please give me some suggestions.

25lbs on a 60 trim? It'll be a friggen rocketship or it'll blow up, heh--either way sounds like a good time.
I use 9's all around on my T04r with methanol. So far I can only hit 17-18psi before the clutch starts slipping badly, better have a good one of those...

if you plan to run above one bar i recommend you run anything you like as long as it has a heat range above 9.
if you inspect used rotor housings you will often find heat cracks around the sparkplug boss. the cracks are generally caused by too warm (as in 9 and 7 heat range) a plug. if the plug doesn't pass the heat away from the housing cracks result.
it depends on your boost, ignition hardware and fuel as to plug will work for you.
i have found that the Autolite AR3932 (10 heat range) works well and is around $3.
i like the NGK B10EGV around 6-7$. (you'll need to grind your plug socket)
i run the NGK 6725 10.5 heat range for any performance driving or dyno runs. about 30$ per.
all three work well but on the advice of my friend Jose Leduc (recently ran 7.58 around 180 at E'town) with my setup the 6725s get the call.
i run 30% of my fuel as methanol.

Thanks for the info guys, but I have two more questions. What do you all recommend gaping the plugs to and how do you all run your methenol? Straight or 50/50? Thanks
