Single Turbo T6 Pictures

Here's some pictures of Gotham's T6 manifold dual wastegate manifold with a custom upper intake manifold. The pictures are bad because I took it with my phone. He's relocated the alternator with the rotory extreme relocation kit.

Why in gods name would you use a T6 frame? I wanted to do a single turbo on my viper and the only choice to help the engine breath would be a T6. I can just imagine the huge amount of lag that it will produce.

It does look nice though.

In opposite land that will hold true, but in the reality is it will spool faster and make more power with the T6 frame

On a healthy setup a T6 will out spool a T4 bud..... And I shouldn't even have to tell you the difference it makes on the top end!

oh wow really? Very interesting. I was under the impression that the turbo would be laggy too, just from its size. Would it spool faster because the manifold is so large and air is allowed to flow? I am really interested in hearing this. If it spools faster and everything why don't more people have these? Are the turbos much more expensive?

Thanks you,
~Tweak

Because people are led by the nose in the "turbo world"..... All it takes is one guy to buy a GT35 and say he made XXX hp and it's the best thing since sliced bread. And god forbid people actually do research to find out what's "outside the box" to see what would work for them.

The biggest issue with a T6 frame is the size and amount of room it takes up in the bay. And honestly it's definitely NOT for everyone.

God forbid someone would want to use a proven setup. Not everyone has the cash to go off in the wilderness to find what may or may not work well

Actually, there's room for a full size radiator in my car.

And, as you can see from the below pic. With some work, you can run a intercooler with the turbo out front.

Nice, NICE SETUP!
