I have a LARGE street port, if you get a very agressive port you can go with a large turbo, if you want good boost and relatively low lag i would go with the Garett GT35/40/ or 42, i have the Garett GT42 w/ 1.15 hot side, yes its excessivly large, but i hget 16psi (max boost) just below 5k, 7psi at 3500RPM, the lag is not so bad but it makes up for it up top. if you want les lag then the turbo other have mention is going to be great. I would suggest jethot coat or heat wrap everything, manifold, downpipe, lines, etc... it helps alot.

Absolute least lag and retain the air pump would be a 35R T4 divided .84 A/r their are those on here who have gone through fitting the air pump and have actually passed. If you do a search in this section you will find them. (I have a hard time remembering how to spell the name on here). PM me your email and I can send you more details I don't care much for posting up pricing and such in main forums.

potential

Hi, which turbo kit has the most potential. I have a series 8. Thinking T35/40 allows you to run stock series 8 injectors, and grow into the car. Later when I want more power just up the hotside and buy bigger injectors. What do you think? Don't think I could run stock injectors on the 500r-sp. I don't like spending all that money on the garrett though and then turn around later and wishing I had the potential of the 500r. Any thoughts please? I have the same power goals as this bloke. Cheers
