Have you tried contacting Jason at Rx7store.net?

On the secondary fuel rail, everyone seems to remove the diffuser, and cut the legs off. They use the round part that's left over to put on the injector. By doing this, they injector doesn't wiggle around, and has a nice clean seal.

I'd contact Jason before doing anything though.

this might be a dumb question but did you get a new fuel rail with your injectors? what injectors did you get? primary should fit right in, secondaries (if 1600/1680 cc) require a top mounted fuel rail and not the stock side mounted.

I started installing mine last week and did not like the fit either.

Here is the perfect answer that should be part of every kit. Mine will be here Thursday.

I had the same problem with kgparts kit and it has that spacer your waiting on to fit. The last time I went to the dyno under boost the injector was lifting up approx 4 mm and with all my mixture spraying out onto my turbo (not impressed). I have fitted anpther oring from a stock secondary injector. All seems ok now but I will makesure when it's back on the dyno.

If you don't mind me asking, in what way did did they wind up being all messed up? I can't imagine anyone would have any trouble installing these things [with a little common sense] but I'd be glad to ammend the instruction sheet I send out to help alleviate any install problems. I always ask for installation feedback and haven't heard of problems yet so was assuming they all went without a hitch.

I can't speak for Kieth or his parts but it almost sounds like the lega on the fuel rail were a little long.. by about 4 mm. Is there any adjustment to them or were they just long?

Thanks Chuck.. Jason contacted me just the other day about adding a set of these to the fuel systems that he sells.
