TX FC Na fuel pump no power

OK, so my fc Na won't fire up. I traced the issue to no fuel to engine.
From there, I verified the pump works. But there is no power to it. Verified fuses to my relay cut off (installed by OJ imports when he rebuilt and ported my car) off good. So either relay isn't getting or giving power.

How can I test it? Or do I just get another and return it if it didn't solve problem?

Anything I'm overlooking?

there's a 2 wire connector near the air box that you can jump to test the fuel pump.
Do so with key on.
The pump does NOT normally run when you put it to ON until it gets activation by the movement of the Air Flow meter.
The pump does however get power when you turn the car to START and the engine cranks over.Once the engine fires up the the AFM is now open allowing air to get to the engine. The ECU sees that and allows the pump to remain on.

Is there an easy way to identify the connector? Hate to jump wrong one and short something...
