Q about front strut bar
I know the title confuses you on why it is in the single turbo section but I am close to finishing the single conversion on the car but my previous front strut tower is in the way of the intake piping from my RW elbow and I am wondering what type of front strut tower bar people are running if you can have one. I would like to have a upper front strut tower.
Curious, what set up are you running? I would of thought most of the singles would of cleared. Only thing mine so far didn't clear are the ac lines.

stock everything. the throttle body is all stock. just the Rotor workz elbow to intercooler hits the GAB strut tower bar. and I am going for a V-Mount set up. so that is where I am in trouble is that elbow. I have no A/C so I dont get to worry about that.

Check the difference between the Greddy elbow and the RW elbow. The Greddy is more like a stock elbow and curves inward to the center of the engine.
This may give you an idea.it is an FD upper on an FC but it has a Greddy elbow.FD alternator.

i have both elbows and never thought about that. I will check it out. I hope to get my camera back and get a pic up to show you what how it looks. i am not using the GREDDY elbow cuz I am using the BOV in a different area.

Ya, let me know,as I am positive that the R-W elbow is shorter,so if it is the piping doesn't take that "inside towards the engine" bend, and even though it is nice,it can screw up things.
