i am using a BWs366 along with the largest PWR chargecooler available, running a full bridge port 13B, 2 x 450cc and 2 x 1680 injectors etc.

as you can see from the picture i am using 4" piping, now i have calculated the total volume of this setup compared to the setup i was going to use before getting the chargecooler. the previous setup was going to be a front mount IC and 3" piping.

Will the 4" size be fine or is it too much, even though the volume is less than the 3" system i was going to use?

i understand i will lose flow but i will have gained volume, i have tried searching the web for flow versus volume but have come up with nothing at the moment, so any links to threads/ discussions would be great.

I am hoping to achieve 500FWHP at just 1bar with this setup to start with then up it to run faster down the strip, my goal is to pull a 10second pass and then leave it at that........ yeh right. going to keep going with it until i break something, my guess is i will break the gear box before the dif and driveshafts.

Nice,

I was curious about which hotside you chose. I just picked up the exact same unit with a billet wheel ($1200) for my FC. Hoping for similar, yet more conservative (street port), results. Sorry to side track your thread. I'm just going along the same route you are I still might step down to a s364 for street manners, but I couldn't pass on a deal.

I look forward to hearing progress on it. I'm guessing you will have better spooling because you're bridge ported.
