I have a stock port s4 in my first gen I have a RTEK 7 v1.5 chip and a S-AFC, now would this be a good turbo to buy?

could I run this turbo at 14 psi or less? or do I need a stand alone?
If not why not? or what would I need to make this work with what I have?
