Yeah if you look at my twin turbo bay, ill use the standard Blitz lines. As ive seen with ppl like Banzai racing (chris) he made a straight line to his greddy elbow.

thats the inventory of cold side pipes i have

Here is Banzai's pipe he made to straighten it out. not too concerned for now.

^ That brings back memories, good old 2 rotor with the GT35R.

Gotta love the 20B w/ GT42RS that replaced it though.

I found that one of my blitz FMIC pipes are perfect with some cutting for the turbo outlet to IC pipe. Here are some mockups of it in place. Additionally, you will see the heater hose rerouted away from the manifold, downpipe, and hot side of the turbo. Im sure someone will raise their eyebrow about it not being stainless steel braided, but it doesnt bother me too much. I need to make a heat shield for that side of the car anyways :-/

How does she look? i used an adel clamp, ty crispy, to secure the wiring harness away from the downpipe.

I did that just this summer, except it was down the y pipe into the turbo. I was bolting on the crossover pipe and one slip and the bolt went down the turbo. Worked out pretty well though since I kept procrastinating on taking the turbos off to port the wastegate.

Good updates:

Got the fuel pump relay rewired. Watch this video on my adventures there.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7Gnq7nRHeo

I found one of my coolant supply lines for my turbocharger were broken, so i have new stainless steel ones on order.

I have my wiring harness triple checked for all the correct connectors. I someone left the fuel temp sensor in, when i dont have a fuel temp unit anymore.

thanks! Just ordered my bulkhead connectors for finishing up the fuel pump rewire. CrispyRX7 you sir will be proud. Its rewired with 10 gauge, (not 8 but still solid) and the relay was put into the bin. i think you can see that in the video above. Ill do the bulkhead connectors on the top of the fuel pump assembly and ill have solid wire to the pump.

I also ordered braided ss hose for the coolant feed and return. Additionally i ordered ss braided line for the wastegate lines.

I bought heat reflective tape for that heater core line near the hot side of the turbo, and probably any other rubber line in its proximity.

I LOVE these bulkhead connectors. They are beefy, insulated from grounding into the metal lid, and reusable. I got my shipment of bulkhead connectors, insulation tape, ss radiator hose for turbo lines, and ss fuel/air lines for wastegate.

Its 60$ for a spool of 25' of 5/16 ss fuel line. thats pretty reasonable for running the line all of the way under the car. with adel clamps, i might use the line to do that, instead of tapping the existing hard lines.

Water Injection came in. Thank you Dudemaaansownrx7! it looks solid. Ill make another vid later on its install and usage.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myl1Jc0ttew

I put heat shield on the coolant feed line, it sits right above the hot side.

I also installed a fast reacting Intake Air sensor. Its the green one.

Got alot of small work done tonight.

1) routed the wastegate air lines
2) tightened the engine mount bolts
3) began mounting the ss braided 5/16 hoses under the car
4) cleaned up the PowerFC area by the passenger foot area
5) tested for boost leaks, found i might have to reinstall my secondary injectors. There is air blowing by them, i thought it would have been okay. i was wrong :-)

Writing this down more for myself :-P i dont have a pen handy.

It appears i have two options for oil feed lines:
1) 12" 4AN line one connector to the restrictor on the gt35r and the other needs a 14mm 1.5 to 4an connector on the end of the stock hard oil feed line.

2) 23" 4AN line one connector to the restrictor on the gr35r and the other needs a 14mm 1.5 to 4 an connector and i completely replace the hard line.

Return line is 10an 12" line

Im concerned that the 14mm to 4 an connector might not be available. Earl's 9919BFH is a 14mm 1.5 pitch male to -4AN male adapter. Jegs doesnt have availability on it. Here are some of the parts from atp for reference. seem right?

Oil Return Flange with integrated -10 Flare for GT15 Through GT35R $29.00 $58.00
Oil Return Gasket - GT Series $3.00 $6.00
Oil Feed Line -4 - SS Braid, 2 Foot length $38.00 $38.00
CUSTOM-OIL-DRAIN-LINE Custom Oil Return Line Built to Order #10 (-10) size steel braided $12.00 $12.00
END1: STRAIGHT $8.00 $8.00
END2: 45DEGREE $15.00 $15.00
LENGTH: 12 $9.00 $9.00

Nice thread!

Since you are looking at the oil return line, here is an option for the drain fittings on your turbo and on the block. The one that attaches to the block is extended far enough out that it makes getting to the oil return line fitting so much easier...

I just received my secondary injector sleeves. I noticed that i didnt have a good seal, so i bought them from RX7store.net I also bought an aluminum flange for my HKS BOV to weld to my IC piping

Im waiting on my oil feed and return lines before i can get her idling. It just hit 50degrees here in MI, so the driving season is approaching. Makes a man antsy. lol
