You'll need a -10 line at minimum with -10 hose ends depending on turbo placement it will likely be 12" or less of line and more often than not a 45 and a straight hose end will fit. You'll need a fitting for the block and one for the turbo. The turbo drain fitting will be one that is compatible with TO4 CHRA's, TO4R or Z as example. You can use a drain fitting for the 35R on the engine front cover side of the drain.

Zero R is spot on. I have a picture of my old setup before I put it on the car...I took the factory oil drain line and cut it, and welded a male bung on the end of it. It provided me with a little more clearance for screwing/unscrewing a female AN fitting.
45 degree fitting coming off the bottom of the turbo, and a straight fitting for the other end of the hose.
Mine isn't completely connected up in this picture but you get the idea.
