Pics of my new GT42R 80mm (PFS Manifold)
Hey guys. Figured I'd throw this update in. My manifold is done, motor is in and started. We had a bunch of ignition issues that Ray finally got to the bottom of. I didn't make it to Pinks All Out this weekend to race, but in the end my car will be worth the wait. It will be on the dyno this Tuesday so I will be posting numbers then. Here are some of the pic's of the great job Ray did in making the manifold for the new turbo.

i have to ask though, as beautiful and elegant as that tial housing is, why would you choose it over a dual scroll housing?

This is a new motor as well. Previous motor had Atkins one piece corner seals. BAD IDEA. FYI. Use stock corner seals or NRS ceramic. This engine is bridgeported once again. This time Ray did some things a bit different NRS one piece ceramic 3mm apex seals and NRS ceramic corner seals. Can't say enough good things about the NRS products! Thanks again to Ray for sticking with it and getting my gremlins out of the ignition system. New ignition consists of 4 Blaster SS coils and AEM CDI. Workin like a charm....Dyno this week!

Old manifold wouldn't fit the new turbo, plus the old manifold had the turbo sitting too high. (you had to cut a support out of the hood just to get it to close.)
