How much does your new turbo weigh now with the billet plate and tial housing????? I've got a gt42r i can weigh for comparison if you haven't done that already.

Its a good 20lbs lighter. Ray bridgeported it, but did it a bit differently thats been yielding alot more power than prior. Should be interesting.

Nice Tial Rear housing and manifold its a beauty Ernie!!
Ignore the comments about Twin Scroll yadda yadda The Tial design is superior for flow, there is a reason why HKS have the same design they dont spend masses of money in R&D for nothing

Very interested to see when she comes online with that housing.

Should work very nice, have you been dubbed the "heat stress analyist" for these babies?

Thanks again to Ray for sticking with it and getting my gremlins out of the ignition system. New ignition consists of 4 Blaster SS coils and AEM CDI. Workin like a charm....Dyno this week!
Ernie, what was wrong with the corner seals?

I'll post this AGAIN, it's not proven that these housings flow any better than divided housings. Their benefits are weight savings and mounting versatility. Beautiful pieces none the less. You can erase this again if you feel it wasn't complimentary enough, as you have twice already. I'll just keep reposting it, Ive got nothing better to do Ernie.

Ernie your selling your car?? Say it ain't so...

Also, are you planning on running/dynoing her again on the new turbo/set-up to 42+psi?? As someone mentioned i think at that boost level you should do low 800's with ease... I'm (as are many others here*) very excited to see the reliability of the NRS seals with ur new corner seals as well at the 40+psi on both the dyno and the track.... keep the updates coming brotha!

Ernie, please don't answer this publically, you might get beat up at the next track event if everyone here knew what you were selling your FD to buy.

Ernie,

Your intercooler piping size is very interesting. Looks like 2.5" from the turbo. Now I know alot of people talking that with the GT42 you need to go 3". I'm sure you know better..can you shine some light on this for me please..
