Pics of my Half-Bridge 4-port turbo block rebuild

Goodfella (Rich) asked that I put these up here. They're pictures of my rebuild S5 4-port turbo block w/ a partial bridge with a Master Power T70 1.32 A/R P-trim setup attached. Enjoy.

Been about 9 years. I've changed the blue shade a couple times but otherwise it's been that. The camera makes it show up brighter than it actually is. The colour is Old Ford Blue, Duplicolor type.

I hope to start it up today and get it off the stands. I ran into a problem last night with the oil pump not priming so I'm going to do some troubleshooting today. Otherwise, I've got all the hardware setup already.

I still want to make some changes -- first, I want to get rid of that ugly crush bent upper radiator pipe and those old blue connectors for it and change it over to a 90* and 45* pair of bends with a nice, new straight 1.5" pipe. I also want to change the turbo outlet pipe by adding a 45* bend to its base or perhaps have another one made that better fits. I'm also missing a few T-Bolt clamps I need. I somehow always seem to get the wrong size for some reason. :/

I've owned the car for 10 years and been modifying it since day 1. Been messing with Rx7's since about 1991 (16 years). Professionally for the last 4-5.

Perhaps if everything is in good shape tomorrow I can go for a quick spin?

This setup is going to be gnarly. I'm jealous.

It runs. G/f Adria and I went to the car warrrsh and cleaned it up. Boy, the paint has oxidized quite a bit and needs to be buffed, at best. Drove it about 10 miles. The wrap on the downpipe is still baking and giving off that weird smell. Otherwise, it runs fine. Zero'd the timing out on it. It's beginning to idle a bit. The compression down low is a hair bit dodgy from what I can hear but I expect it to even out once I get a few hundred miles on it.

Thanks for the compliment, guys.
