I'd have to mock it up on another car since my motor is not done yet. BTW, this manifold will work on 13BTs as well.

the best deepest welds can be achieved with an arch welder if the proper steps are taken to prep the welds and you clean them every time

2nd to that is tig welding for precision control and the flexibility of working on many different metals

mig is just fine for any kind of steel mig can be just as strong as tig as long as the prep is done right for the welds and the settings on the machine are correct for the app

then there is tourch welding which can be very strong in the proper hands of a skilled welder key thing here is surface prep

all different styles have there goods and bads
torch welding is slow time consuming and spreads alot of heat through the metal

arc welding lacks percision control and you have to clean up the slag if you stop in the middle of a weld perfectally to restart the weld cant weld aluminum at all

mig is shitty for aluminum

tig is time consuming and takes alot of skill

as for being stronger than one another its all up to the welder to do that any form of welding can be as strong as the next its just really about skill and knowlege of the material and the form of welding .

key thing that makes a strong weld in any case is surface prep!!!!!

I'm building a new FD with the engine from my old one. He can make it for 20B's since his room mate, another buddy of mine, is building a bad *** 3 rotor

great fab skills man! looks great!

enjoy that ceramic coating.. makes a world of difference. i wouldnt have any headers or turbo manifolds that are NOT coated on any car. they look better and keep heat trapped inside as well as cool off faster. i love my coating. got it from JET HOT.

Charlie, I'll deff see you at Aldo's tomorrow, but I won't have the FD. I'll be with my girl and it's hot as ***** in the thing with no AC.
