Pics of GR67 Turbo installed
A few weeks ago I finished installing the Gotham Racing turbo kit with the dual wastegate setup. So far I'm very impressed with it, but I haven't had a chance to stick it on the dyno for some numbers. Spoolup is noticeably quicker then before. I used to have a HKS manifold with a T-66 .84 hot side dual ball bearing turbo. The new turbo is non-ball bearing T-67 with a 1.0 hot side.
I should have some dyno numbers in about a month or so. The IC inlet needs some fabrication, so I can use a straight coupler and make everything fit nicely.
Figured I'd share some pics with everyone and **** off FDnewbie
P.S. Thanks Amp (Jio) for polishing the compressor housing, it looks great.

Damn Dan, your car is coming out really nice. That clean engine bay against the silver paint is flippin sweet. How much boost are you running on it now anyhow?
Here's a quick night time shot i took the other night. I need to get some better shots soon
Hey Dave, thanks....I'm only running 12psi right now, once I put it on the dyno and make sure everything is good, I'm gonna bump it up to 17. Should be enough for me. How do you like your new setup anyway?

Right, well I actually turned the boost down some. I was running it at 15 and it was creeping to 16 or so. With it being so cold and not being 100% sure of the set up yet. I didn't want to break anything on it. At 12-13psi it still breaks the tires loose and torques the car sideways so I can deal
I'm loving the rolling burn outs it does now but come spring that will get old and I'll be looking for some better tires. Anyway looks great man.

Looks awesome! Get a T-bolt clamp on the compressor side of the turbo to the intercooler elbow/coupler. And when you can, get the bend made out of aluminum. Can't wait for another test drive..............no missing gears this time!
Thanks for the nice comments
I had a guy called Dave at Miller Marine fabrication in North East MD do the IC modification.
What pictures would you like bigger? I have all of them in bigger form, but I can't post em.
Thanks,
Dan

Holy ****!!!! Incredible car. You are tied for the cleanest looking FD I have ever seen. You should be very proud of that car, I know it's taken a lot of work to get it to this point. Just wow. And kind of numbers are you expecting at 17psi?
