I really don't think the apex seals are any better then stock, but the piece that made it possible to run the boost that high was the guru excentric shaft. That thing is bad ***. Because the engine wasn't flexing, like when I made the 643, at the same boost level, I made almost 40rwhp more than before. At 29-30 psi range I was making 670rwhp! I talked with Ray and he said he really didn't change the street port. He credits the power to the engine being tight and the turbo itself.

Excellent job Ernie and Ray. I hope to get to see the car in action(in person) soon. We need a vid of it on the street to hold us all off. Get someone to make a compilation like V8Killa's. That would be hot.

Those hp numbers make my numbers look like a honda civic's. Congrats. You and Crispeed should make a video together. I feel sorry for any car pulling up to you at the lights.

Congrats on the awesome numbers!!! I'm intrigued by what you refer to as a "street port". What size street port are you talking about? I've heard of large street ports, agressive street ports, monster street ports. I've also heard those more desciptive terms used interchangeably with race port when they get that big.

Not to get into a debate, but a street port is a street port. You can only go so big.
And yes for now I have the stock upper/lower intake manifold, although thats about to change soon.
Fuel system is two Nipendenso pumps.

Thanks Sean. I honestly don't want to change turbo's. My damn torque is so high, I fear changing anything!

You'll only loose low rpm torque but then again that's where the big torque numbers are so if you need it then leave it alone. The 76mm will hold the boost though.

Ok... sounds like you have an extended street port if you went as big as you can go. Thanks for clearing that up!

not really most people switch to external pumps when making that kinda power
I'm debating what fuel system to go with myself and the idea of running a external
(which everyone said I would have to , does not agree with me ..Your Fuel setup gives me hope

1 more question if you don't mind
what where your injector duty cycles ? %
