completly stock rear end with a guy running a 362sbc making ~640 hp on nitrous. 9.8 second quartermile, and 1.3 60ft.

so i think we can assume the t2 rear is much stronger.

I don't know if your joking or not but it clearly looks like his wheels are off the ground. Too bad the picture wasn't taken from a better angle to show the inch or so they're off the ground.

Too bad you didn't have the Alumastars on there when this picture was taken Ernie. It would be very very obvious that the wheels are off the ground.....i'd say a couple inches at least.

I resized the pic and tried to lighten it up a little. I suck at Photoshop so it's not much better but at least it's not quite as dark.

It is really hard to tell but the wheels look like they are just a hair off the ground.

NO WAY !! they're still on the ground (barely).
There would be a bigger wheel well gap if they did lift.

Even this pic they're still on the floor....I think.

^ It all depends on the timing of the photo. I think it caught some air but the pic was taken a fraction too late to show it.

You cant compare the gap of a 15" wheel to that of a 18". And then theres fc vs fd.

Who cares about if the wheels are off the ground or not. Cars still a great accomplishment.

OK, so your're saying 3" difference ?????
Hahahaha.... and I assume you run the same profile tire on 16" wheel as you do on a 18" wheel !?!?!?!

Do yourself a favor.....jack up your front end 'till your wheel lifts off the ground and you'll see what I'm talking about...

The FC pic is my old car... just busting on Ernie.
