Nice numbers Ernie. I am guessing this was on the same clutch you were using at MIR? Dave told me you did not do any pulls at 30psi because clutch could not handle it.
And that CYM should be able to go high 8's. I can see it now. Congrats man, the car is a beauty.

Holy big numbers batman!!! Nice to see some big numbers coming out of the RX7 camp again. Haven't seen #'s like this in a long time! From an FD i guess i should say before i get blasted.
Great job Ernie!!! Big #'s on the dyno......now let's see some little #'s on the et and huge on the mph. I'd say maybe around 142-144 and if you get a perfect run maybe a 9.55-9.70. Think i'm in the ballpark? What are you shooting for if everything goes right?
Good luck and be safe. Congrats again!

What's the threshold on boost pressure with C16 fuel? Most I have heard is 32psi is there anyone who has ran higher than that. Most cars running past the 30psi mark simply switch over to alcohol. I'm curious to see how high ErnieT will go because that's the fuel I want to run in my car.

Titan ran 45psi on their supra running C16. There's also C23 available that is good for around 60psi.

Congrats, great numbers,
but WTF?
No, 1 bar = 14.5037738 pounds per square inch,
so 3 bar = 43.5113213 pounds per square inch
but WTF?

Map sensors measure absolute atm, what you describe is relative atm
so 3bar abs atm = 2bar rel atm
so 3bar abs atm = 2bar rel atm

Those numbers are out of this world!! Good luck at the track!!
Stock LIM?
I was under the impression PFS street port was only intake porting (at least when Peter owned the shop), anything going on with your exhaust ports?

The only way to go for high boost high hp is VP import. A LITTLE pricey at almost $20 a gallon but well worth it for the high hp cars. On a race weekend it isn't suprising to go through $100+ worth of gas per day. Good thing we have it sponsored or we'd be running alcohol probably.

I don't like C-23. It's almost like trying to burn diesel in a rotary! VP import on the other hand is almost as good as alcohol but it's very expensive. I've ran 35psi reliable with C-16. I'm going to be trying 38 to 40 psi shortly with C-16 and also with a mix of methanol.
