This is a customer's car that's near completion. We still have a few kinks to work out with the ignition system and wastegate but here are the numbers so far.

-PFS BP
-GT42
-PFS 4" Exhaust
-AEM EMS
-OEM Coils with HKS Twin Power.

The stock ignition system is limiting it's ability to consistently fire at higher rpm's. With a good sequential ignition system the power should continue to climb as the revs increase, which should make even more power at the same boost level.

Really nice results. I like the torque curve.
You mentioned wastegate issues. Which wastegate are you using and what sort of issues are you having? Creep/spring control?

"Elusive, not deceptive!”
No secrets, bridgeported, clearanced and pinned, 2mm Atkins seals, stock e-shaft, and no AI. Tuning, and engine porting are two big variables. We are constantly tweaking things a little at a time to see what works. Tuning what we build gives use useful data, and we are constantly learning new stuff. We did a street ported engine and single turbo conversion a few months ago and it made 500rwhp on 93 octane with no AI, which was a first for us.
Which turbo was used on the "500rwhp on 93 octane with no AI" motor?
Great numbers!
