Oil Schematic....

Hi all,

I just purchased a TO4R from Ron at DRAutosports. Should be delivering soon.

Anyone got a good Oil Passage scheatic layout? In regards to what size the restrictor for the oil should be, down line from the turbo, catch can....

I ve been told that the oil pressure directly off the engine is no good ..it will smoke etc. also that the return must be vertically down for some six inches....

The engine is an REW btw.

Any link I might have missed on the search?

Thanks

George

hmmmso you reckon that 0.125 restrictor will work and then reduce it incase it smokes?

Thanks

George

and whats the down line rule?

thanks for the ongoing support....

Why aren't you asking the vendor you bought the turbo from this question????

Can someone confirm that this is a requirement only for HKS/Garrett turbos?
Many thanks,
