I guess the size of the oil drain has an effect too though? Are you draining into the stock turbo drain at the front of the motor? If you have moved it and put a larger drain then in theory you would be able to run a large restrictor too?

i use -12 all the way to the front cover. i made my own flange so i wouldnt have to use the stock return.
