Oil fitting size on engine block top

List,

I'm dry fitting my turbo on a spare block and was wonder what size of fitting would fit on the oil connection on top of the block behind the crank angle sender. None of the fittings I have will fit.

Oh and why would I need the ACV if I don't have a air pump. "A/C??"
Thanks,
Ian Skacel
