Odd Turbo Size........

Well i have this like new rebuilt T04 with a cold side a/r of .60, and an exhaust a/r of 1.32. I know for a 400-450hp engine running around 15-17psi, you would want more like .70, and .96 or so. How this turbo that i have work with a large streetport 13b.

Those specs are almost useless.
Compressor A / R is basically useless.
You need to measure the compressor wheel and give us the numbers.
