I have a freshly rebuilt motor with a t04z single turbo and all the proper upgrades. I had it tuned by steve kan last summer but had to rebuild the engine this last winter due to heat issues. anyways I have reinstalled everything and took it out for a cruise tonight and I am getting no power boost past 3k rpms. anyting below 3k is fine but anything above it I have no power. any ideas?
