no boost/no boost leak/ turbos bad?

i was street tuning my fc last week , i have a ebay gt45 turbo 200 miles on it . first time it seen boost was that night. street tunning it for about an hr is was fine and the last pull it fell off boost completely . next morning i get in the car it boost fine for about 3 pulls and boom falls on it face no boost no boost leaks. car was at 15 psi before all this happend. let it cool down went down the road boost for about 1 pull and half came back and fell right off . i took the turbo off everythings clean little to no shaft play and no smoke at all no oil in the turbo . car sounded like a vaccumm when it fell off boost not 1psi tho . i dont know what else to check . bad wastegate or the turbo is internally bad ? ebay 50mm wastegate seems to be shut also . car also has weird idle problem too . it has a vmount ic i cant see any cracks on it . im running no BOV neither you can feel a vibration threw out the car when you shut it off until the turbo wheel stops spinning then the vibration stops .

How exactly did you determine that you had no boost leaks? Did you pressurize the system?

Don't need too . only 2 pipes for ic . I resealed my upper triple checked my vacumm lines and ic couplers and tbolts 100x . like I said one time it came in and out of boost and back into boost during a 2nd gear pull .then it just stopped .

No boost leaks it will do one or 2 pulls until engine gets warm then that's no more booat

There's a good chance you have no leaks, but wouldn't it help just to pressurize it anyway so you can cross it off the list? It doesn't take much time or money. You just need a PVC cap with an air fitting and a coupler, and an air compressor. see Boostpro.net : Products - Boost Leak Testers , universal tester without gauge

I'd hate to see you go down a road many of us have gone down, where much time was wasted troubleshooting when it was some o-ring or gasket that went bad.

Different metals expand at different rates, chief. I'd re check everything once the engine is warm and then let us know if there are no more leaks.

I don't see how it could be anything besides wastegate or BOV.
