Okay, so, I'm turning a corner and I come out of it only to see my boost isn't spooling at all. As I let off the throttle my BOV lets off a weak sound, I see that it's only pullin' vac. I believe it's a bad manifold leak. Any ideas?

 

Check your intercooler hoses.
