450rwhp @ 17psi on a race ported engine with conservative timing...full 17 psi at 4000rpm

There are quite a few 35R RX-7's sitting above 400rwhp on pump gas. It's all about porting and tuning. Stock ports will surely limit you up top.

Jason, you don't have the video of you beating the CBR on the highway in your old FD anymore? I know it was one of the Diesel Digital videos.

DAMN!!!! That is a gorgeous FD!!!!!! Surely one of the cleanest and most tastefully done FD's I've seen in a long time. Plus yours has the horsepower to go with the looks. Great car bro. You must be very very proud! I know I would be.

Are you talking about the '96-'98 wing? I like that one. I was planning on putting that on my FD when I still had it. The Feed wing looks REALLY good to and I don't think it would throw off the look of the car. Just a thought.

Ah, no. It's the same damn turbo. GT40's weren't even out back then. Trust me, I have the same exact turbo on my car.

YES! The Garrett boxes that package the RX7Store's 35Rs, actually have a lable that says GT35/40R.

The 35R is a Garrett turbo. The 35/40 is the street name for some people. It comes from the fact that it runs the 82mm compressor wheel from the GT40. Some one back in the day called them 35/40's and it stuck. Kinda like T3/T4. If you want to get more confused the actual Garrett Model number is GT3571

I had a run with a 2002 Porsche turbo. 3rd gear roll, and I pulled on him pretty nice. Thanks Jason!

Rotarded, Im guessing your Mike. haha. I did like the wing on your car thats why im thinking of putting it on. I am just worried about the paint match, and putting holes in my car... I think im gonna go for it though. Just wish i could find more pics of Red FD's with the whale tail spoiler 98spec efini.. any pics would be sweet.
