need some quick help with Tial WG

I am trying to figure out how to hook up my tial wastegate. Hopefully someone can help me out here. There are two nipples on the WG, the one of top and the one on the side. I am told that the top goes to a non vac boost source (turbo nipple) and the side one goes to the boost controller. Right now I have the dawes devices pressure valve that I am going to use. On my stock setup I ran a line from a boost source (turbo nipple) to the valve then to the wastegate actuator. Where do I connect the outlet to my pressure valve? What do I do with the other nipple on the wastegate?
Here is a pic of the WG.

With the boost control device you are using ,you are actually varying the pressure of the actuating air supply which would have gone to the bottom side of the actuator diaphragm to open the wastegates valve ,you should hook up to the bottom side nipple so that any adjustment you make would act on the lower side ,and cause the w.g. to open , the top is left open as a vent (remember that it is sealed so if there isn't some change in the poressure up there you can actually experience a vacuum /hi pressure which would prevent movement!!!.
