need some info on a turbo... Help

Could someone tell me what these numbers mean on a turbo of my friend.... It is a Roto-Master turbo and the tag says T04b35 ... the compressor housings says 0.6A/R. Thats all the numbers I can remember at this point. Is this turbo good for a decent amount of HP or is it junky? Any specs would be appreciated...

to4b isnt a very powerful turbo. i would have decent spool up but i dont see it making any real big power numbers. I believe it is between a to4e and a to4s, but i could be wrong.

I guess thats relative. I find anything over 350rwhp to be pretty powerful, especially for lighter cars. A T04B can make 400+HP to the wheels with good spool time, so it really depends on what you expect out of this turbo.

Thats what I want to know... So it can produce good numbers? Is there something different about this turbo being that it has a 35 behind the t04b in the serial? My friend wants to stick it on a sr20( a little custom work on a sleeper truck), so will it provide enough exhaust flow to make 400rwhp? One more thing, can someone explain what the specs mean when they are talking 0.6 A/F and trim and such?? Thanks for the help guys
