So I removed, and go to clean my tubro, pushing it out for sale and discover the fins that go into the mani. are bent on the end, no trace of oil, and the bearings are fine.
One opinion was I threw an apex seal.
Is there a place where I can get a part to replace fins.

Also, how much could I get with the current damage for the entire setup.
The turbo kit has a thermal wrapped 3 Inch DP, thermal wrapped wastegate lines, and is in excellent condition. It comes with turbo, CAST manifold, Wastegate, dump tube, oil lines, heat wrapped downpipe.

AF61R the specs are:
t-4 flange
modular center/backwall
.313 dia. shaft
compressor has 4" inlet x 3" outlet
1.0 divided turbine w/4" outlet
small "Q" trim turbine 76mm x 68mm
compressor is 61mm x 84mm rated 82% @ 18psi 64#/min.

 

Was your motor blown?? Looks like a seal got chucked threw it. Call Majestic turbo. Im sure they can rebuild it if you are looking to have that done.

I bought a RX7 yesterday that has a AF61R turbo on it. It only has 3,000 miles on it but I'm selling the turbo for a larger one.

$500 if you want it.

I love that first gen man! I was watching your post about this car. Have you drove it around yet? or did you put it under the knife right away?

 

FYI i am the previous owner of this car, that turbo has right at 2200 miles on it.
