i'm installing an apexi rx6 , so far the motor is stripped down to the block, all emission equipment removed. i relocated the coil rack to the frame and wrapped the harness with cool tape. i need to know if u guys think i should wrapped the stainless steel manifold with HEADER WRAP, i'm trying to create a fast reliable car that quiet and streetable. apexi gt spec for sale soon

 

I think the best bet would be ceramic coating. I have "heard" header wrap can trap moisture against the metal, although this may not be an issue since its ss. Bottom line is I don't have a clue but felt like I should respond with a recommendation on ceramic coating

I inquired about getting my downpipe coated and a week or so later I received a packet of info in the mail containing a video on the process and tons of info and a couple of stickers.......haha.

 

same here...gotta watch that video
