can a turbo be bored out?
i just bought an 87 turbo 2, and the guy claims that the turbo was bored out. the only reason i care is that if it is not possible, i want to get a new turbo, plumbing, wastegate, and all the trimmings to match all of the other mods i have made.

Not 100% sure but I though they could remove some of the housing material and put a slightly larger compressor wheel in.

Yeah, you could also have them Extrude Honed.
