Need muffler or silencer?

Finally have my E6K running. Only problem now my 3" ss single is to loud.

It has a magnaflow muffler in the center (could be a presilencer?) and a ractive exhaust.

How can I quiet her down?

What are the measurements of the chamber of the Magnaflow.

Your Ractive muffler is most likely what is causing all the extra noise. Try an 18" long Magnaflow muffler at the rear. If that's still not quiet enough, put a glasspack between the two mufflers.

Glasspacks will crack with the heat of a rotary.

I'm not so sure a glass pack will disintegrate if mounted so far back. However, I believe there are "glasspacks" out there that are stuffed with steel mesh...
