Need help N/a to turbo wont run right

Okay ill tell you what its doing first

when i start the car it immediately jumps to anywhere between 3500-6000 rpm I have a wideband when it first starts the afr is around 12-1 moves to around 14-1 then fuel cuts and it dies after about 15-20 secs of running

the only glaring thing i know of is the pintle caps were broken and the injector O-rings were rotted so i used some hose that fit cut a tiny bit longer so they would squish abit<<prolly my problem but I can't seem to find some around me

the Specs:
S5 chassis(91)
S5 N/a keg (91) rebuilt 40k ago
S5 JDM intake manifolds (LIM ported to match 6 port)
S5 JDM throttlebody ported and polished
S5 550CC injectors Cleaned and flow tested
S4 turbo/manfold
Rb 2.5" Down pipe
Oem Top mount
Rats nest removed
New fuel lines from firewall to rails
No air pump
No relays
2.5"cat
2.5" single side
no a/c
no p/s

Electrics:
Greddy Emanage with Injector harness, ignition harness setup to control fuel by modifying the maf output
Aem Uego
Sard boost gauge

the car ran strong as an n/a it ran a 15.7 @91 mph with a 2.5 60' full weight

does sound much like an air leak ,, likely around injector base
- seems as though it will survive and stay running as long as the afterstart enrichment holds up before lean out and stall

Usually a vacuum leak will raise the engine speed if its minor but a major one will cause the ECU to start cutting fuel and it'll be hard to get the car to idle as it will want to die. Your problem sounds EMS related. And btw I've driven with no O rings on the secondary injectors and didn't have any problems besides the idle being a few hundred RPM higher. Check the throttle cable btw.

the car had the emanage on it before and had no issues with it i did it with and without the throttle cable

I have one block off plate for where the air diverter was but i didn't block off where the air line for the car goes would that be an issue?

Is this an emanage ultimate in speed density mode? if so, did you remove the airflow meter? And if you removed the airflow meter, how are you keeping the fuel pump running without it?

Figured it out!! The T2 throttle body was Fubared the plates wouldnt close fully causing the car to rev high and still have okay afr's

the second problem was 1 of the Primary injectors was plugged so it would run on anything less than 35-4000 rpm

The 460cc injectors should be okay for now right? the other 2 are 550cc
