1993 R1, single turbo, ported motor, 550cc prim 1300cc sec for injectors.

Yesterday, I turned on my car like normal nothing diffrint. and I notice my Power FC says my motor is knocking and it says 3. I turned that car off waited for a few then turned it back on and it said knocking 1 then after a little it said knocking 3. So my question is, should i be worried? what could be making my motor knock?

Also

when i drive spiritedly and open the throttle around 5-7 RPM, the car kicks back in forth like if it wasn't getting enough gas. I am really and lost if anyone could give me some advice i would be most appreciative

 

as for the first question, usually if the number is below 60-70 you're ok. But it does depend on the engine and the driving condition. you give a very vague description of the second problem
