MY V-mount Precision PT67H FD turbo Build 2009-2010

So i picked up my 1993 FD in 2008 with a clean title automatic all original everything with 80,000 miles for 4800$. Got the car and found out it actually ran so i drove it for a month and really raped it as i was already wanting to do a single turbo build with a full rebuild and v-mount intercooler set up.
all the work is dont by myself and my friend who owns SMC customs (my tig welding guy). I rebuilt the block streetported it, studded the oil pan, I used rotary aviation classic apex seals as i have had experience with my own personal cars as well as customers cars that they hold to detonation very very well. I got my pedals from a buddy that was doing a ls1 swap and wanted auto pedals. i went with power fc for engine management as i got it really cheap from a good friend. -Prosport guages ( boost and wideband).
-I went with a koyo radiator brand new for a honda prelude as they are way bigger than the fd radiators. I then had it cut and rewelded to fit my car perfectly as well as making the ebay intercooler all custom as the tig welder is very handy.
-The turbo manifold i made my self using 304 SS piping bought from A-Spec tuning and mild steel flanges.
-38mm tial v-band wastegate.
-Exhaust is straight 3" with a Borla 14" oval muffler and a HKS high power cat back.
- 850 cc and 1680cc injectors
-Precision t67 turbo with the H compressor housing 3" outlet
- Dual Mocal Oil coolers with VW oil thermostat
I have tons more to do but here is what i have right now.
The Car is currently Running 23 PSI and awaiting my DEVILSOWN Water injection kit. also waiting for HKS ignition Twin power and my race spark plugs

they are made by my best friend and room mate he loves carbon fiber. he has a patented copyright on them as of right now. we are going to start making them in the beginning of summer when it warms up and sell them on ebay only so keep your eye out.

yea thats what i am saying. i have not checked but supposedly the pump is stock also but i will check this week on that. Its also cold out and the intake temps are way low like 10c when doing a pull so its ok till i do w/i

its beautiful!
just wondering, why are you using a divided mani with a non-divided turbo?
planning on running a quick-spool valve?

its for future upgrades. that and if i want to sell the manifold i figured a divided would be more appealing

Ive always wanted to see how a setup like this would look (long runner + vmount) even with the compressor clocked the same way! thank you for posting. looks awesome.

so i bought a AI kit from DevelsOwn. Very good deal only 275 for a full kit stage 1. i did a D02 nozzle pre turbo and a D10 at the throttle bodie. here is some pics i thought to share and i will post results later.

2gph and 10gph i will do some testing to see if thats enough as the days get hotter.
