Thumbs up my new vmount....

just thought id share a few pics and specs for my new vmount setup and maybe get some feed back on it.

specs:

garrett gt40 turbo
tial 60mm wastegate
tial 50mm BOV
neukin.com t4 divided turbo manifold
neukin intercooler and shrouding also remounts oil cooler
huge double pass radiator
neukin reverse hood vent

so far doin 420hp on the dynojet @ 14lbs with a conservative tune, with S5 turbo rotors and a little bit of port work in the engine. has killer throttle response on the road coarses and great temps thus far. ill be at mid ohio doing some more testing this weekend. let me know what you guys think!

just go double like mine.... cools waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the stock one and you can mount them up front that way they get direct air flow.

I would love to do a vmount, but I'm not sure if I would like having the "flashy" hood. I like my car being fairly discrete.

Looks great though!

Horizontal mount or V-mount works great even without the vented hood.

I Auto-x and hillclimb mine and it works well.

I also front mounted my oil cooler and it works fairly well. 2nd run up the hill in 90 deg weather and the oil temps do get almost to 100 deg C.

I would recommend the dual oil coolers in the brake ducts despite the plumbing nightmare.
