ya, dont want to stress it to much, just something fun, decently reliable for future track time, and drifting here and there

when people say "im looking for blah blah power." Does that mean max boost pull on race gas or high boost setting for the street on pump.

I dont really understand the race gas bragging numbers if that same person only runs 10psi on the street.

but then again.. im a moron so dont listent to me.

lol, they say that's what they want. In terms of how they're gonna use it. Some people say it in terms of max. hp, some say reliable. Depends on the person =)

that means 10-15psi which should be VERY reachable, if i wanted more, i would have gone with a bigger turbo

so at 15psi... with a 60-1 and a .86 hot side you plan to see 400whp? id say the 350whp area is more like it at 15psi.

But then i must stress the fact that im a moron

also seems you will need more fuel.

550 and 950 combo will be good to "Total Flywheel HP:345.8"
This was with 80% duty cycle.
i used the fuel calculator on rx7.com

just a thought.

i was told by dave at speedmachine (where i got the turbo) that 350-400 can be made with this turbo. heck 1fastt2 made 405 at 15psi, with a rough tune, and alittle bigger hotside

I just bought the same turbo (almost) from FDRey ... a t-60 .84 hotside divided and he was making 375rwhp @15psi and that was before the turbo was rebuilt and on stock ports. I'm thinking with the fresh rebuild on the turbo and me doing a streetport and rebuild on the engine this winter, I think I could hit the magic 400 number....I hope so anyway.

Oh ya....nice lookin turbo

you'll atleast hit 350 @ 15psi and i wouldn't be suprised at all if you hit 375. 400 will need a port job or a crank of the boost

rotorhp: 400 will be no problem for you

damn a divided .86 on a 60-1. This is going to be a spool machine. Put some serious time and money into a custom 4 inch DP and exhaust system. (nothing off the shelf)I am converting everything over to 4 inch now. I think a larger exhaust setup is a huge key in hitting your HP numbers.

i already ported the motor with a large street port. The reason for the .86 side was for quick spool like bukwild said. Im not sure how much my speedmachine manfiold will hurt spool, Im assuming not greatly. And all exhaust work will be top notch Dont worry Wasnt there a site like rx3.com or something with a guy that made nice manifolds for cheap?

Look'n good dude. Although your not going to be taking advantage of that divided turbine housing with that manifold.
