My first turbo build "Need Help!"

Hi, im new here. Ive got an 88 gtx RX7 with 59k miles on it and im looking to turbo it. I have about $800-$1000 to work with. Ive heard that the ebay turbos are junk but the intercooler kits which include the bov and boost controller arent.

Im thinking of getting somthing like this-

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/27-In...Q5fAccessories

Garret t3-t4 turbo- http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Garre...Q5fAccessories

Greddy BOV- http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-ne...Q5fAccessories

Or would it be worth trying this kit out "it has everything i need"- http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/V-BAN...Q5fAccessories

I also need to find a turbo manifold....

Are you sure your car is a GTX??? If it is, it already has a turbo.....

If you have a 59k mile N/A and $1000 you are better off getting the Racing Beat dual exhaust and then taking your time to learn about the Rx-7 and then take the time to learn about turbo charging a Rx-7.

you will need to add about 6-10k more to that budget to do things right.

i'd also like to add in there that the ebay manifolds (including Megan Racing) are all HKS wastegate flanged. Those WGs are much more expensive than a Tial. (FYI). You'll need about 600-1000 for an HKS WG.

I'm sure you could cut the end off and weld a tial flange on it.... but it'll cost, too.
