Moving turbo housing to fit Intercooler

Hey guys, really amateur question and Im sorry for asking this but im going to ask it anyways.

Im wondering if you can change the intake housing for a turbo, like move it to fit your previous intercooler setup.

Here is a picture for example

Lets say the new turbo that I get is rotated to the right, would I just be able to unbolt that housing and move it?

thanks.

Kids on the street are calling it "clocking". It was funny, I had someone ask if I had my turbo clocked and I didn't know what to say. "Eh... it runs 11 past all the time."
