Maxed Out GT35R T3 on the Dyno.

So spring is here and we finally got my brothers FD back up and running.

He's got a streetport GT35R. We decided to see how far we could go with the GT35R before it runs out of steam. Well it didn't take to much. lol.. 24psi and that's all she wrote. It did however make 511hp. It made 455hp at around 16psi.

Enjoy the pics...

We decided to turn the boost down a bit and run it at 21psi.

The turbo wasn't doing much past it anyway...

Hmmm that is interesting. Look at how low the torque is, 250ish ft lbs. I made more than that with a 50 trim To4E! I would be curious to see what the car runs in the 1/4 mile. HP numbers are certainly impressive don't get me wrong, thanks for sharing.

Looks more like 380ft/lbs to me. Are you reading it wrong?

It made about 410 ft lbs on the 511rwhp run. Yes, I am curious to see what it will do down the 1320 as well.. Your right numbers are not everything. Thats why im more concerned about the power curve.

I have a few videos I will post up later on today.

Dyno Dynamics are heart breakers. It's a known fact for anyone who's worked with them. We've seen them read consistently 20% lower than DynoJet. Those numbers have been backed up at the track.

Thanks Roan... Were gonna run the rest of the year like this... Anthony needs to drive this thing since it's been sitting for so long..
Over the winter we'll join that 600hp club.

You'll probably be around the same power at 15psi (400~450)
The difference in your setup is that you'll be able to run bigger boost and not be held back due to the small T3 housing. I would expect you should be capable of 550~600hp.

Would like to get one of my T4's on that car and have you tune it for a dead on comparison from a unbiased source, not saying I'm biased but I'm sure people view it that way. Nice job, also I bet the car is about as fun a street car as you can get. Is the WG open or re-routed?

WG is open. The manifold is actually one of yours. very old school. I got the kit from you without the turbo maybe 4-5 years ago.

Do you think the boost comes on a little late? It looks like things don't really start getting going until 4600rpm or so. I'd think with a T3 1.06 you should see that boost 500rpm sooner. Is there a reason for that or am I missing something?
