MAP sensor?

Hey guys, im after some info on MAP sensors.

I want to upgrade the stock one so the car can be tuned above 15psi, or whatever the stock one does. No point in having big injectors etc and keeping the stock MAP sensor..

I see lots of people recommending the "GM 3 bar MAP sensor".
That should have a big enough working pressure for my needs, except I see there is a big price range on them and I don't want to buy a crap one that will give me issues. (at the same time I dont want to spend 4x the price if its the same thing)

Prices seem to range from about $20 to $80ish and as far as I can tell all may be the same thing.

I gathered some info and i think the real deal gm ones were/are made by "Delphi".

Ok that's all good, and Delphi ones seem to be the expensive ones at about $100 nzd. But the issue I have is that i read that now the "delphi" ones are made in china, which makes me think that they may infact be the same as the cheaper ones that are floating around. I don't want to go and spend 4x the price only to find out that they actually all come out of the same factory in china.

Anyone have any insight on this? Should i just bite the bullet and get "delphi" one? or are they all pretty much the same?

Or another angle, are there any other MAP sensors/brand I should be considering? Iv got a link G4+ ecu so can run whatever.

cheers

Reputable seller. Read the fine print which agrees with your Delphi/China assessment. We stock the same sensor but, unfortunately, can't compete with their price.
