low end and bridge port?

This is what im planning. 13b REW.
Extrude hone upper and lower manis and have them flow benched.
Ive heard that this can aid in V.E. pretty dramaticly as the stock manifold dosent flow equal across the board.
Here is my question to all you smart people...
I would like to do a small bridge port and exhaust port to aslo aid in VE. Can this be done without sacrificing low end? Im gonna be ordering a custom turbo for whatever route I go also. My main concern is Maximum efficancy with a strong low end for autocross/roadracing. Any suggestions for that kind of set up?

I am at the stage where i have asked the questions and i have decided that if Street port is not good enough (400+rwhp) and you dont want to go full Bridge, go for a Partial Bridge the best of both worlds.

I belive u will loss a slight amount of low end power but what u gain about 5 percent top end and loads of mid range Torque, as for the power band there is little diffrence in low end depending on what Turbo setup you are running.
